Excellent location within walking distance of the major sites and great public transport links. Lovely roof terrace, very popular with great views overlooking the museum quarter. We had a large room on the second floor which was remarkably quiet given the central location.

Perfect location: close to museums, parliament, parks, and public transportation. Quirky decor with a circus motive - I had never stayed in a hotel with so much personality - and a lovely rooftop bar. 100% recommended!

Great location, awesome looking hotel, close by to metro and city center, helpful staff and a good restaurant. Amazing water pressure in pipes. Overall a really good place to stay in Vienna.

The room and the hotel are quirky but that made the stay all the more interesting. The inner courtyard Gigantic rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable with a seating area and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and crockery. Having noted the negative comments about the hotel breakfast we used the small supermarket just along from the hotel to make our own. We had all we wanted for significantly less cost. The sauna and steamroom were larger than we expected and barely used so nice and relaxing. There is also a small gym but we didn’t use that. The hotel is located just outside the inner-city ringroad and is within easy walking distance from most of the major tourist sites. It is also situated close to public transport options for things further afield. The hotel rooftop bar is nice with good views over the city, but it can get busy and is a bit pricy. We would recommend the hotel's Italian restaurant, but best to book a table as it is popular with non-residents too. Hotel wifi is very good but be aware that wifi coverage in Vienna is really patchy and slow. This makes it tricky to use map functions and quite a few returaunts require you to download the menu. The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Vienna.

The quirky, arty, industrial meets botanical theme, it felt modern, comfortable and every part of the hotel had something interesting to see and find. Also, the very accepting and inclusiveness of the place was perfect, you could really be yourself, relax and feel comfortable in its surroundings. The free 'help yourself' bits and pieces were also great, from the refreshments station, to postcards and spa!

Absolutely loved the wellness suite. The room (a medium) was comfortable, cute and whilst we dont drink - the beer was complimentary! The shower and products were lovely. The breakfast is quite pricey but has a wealth of choice. The staff were lovely and very friendly!

The location is pretty handy, and I think if it's the kind of thing that you're into, it certainly isn't your standard type of hotel. It's decorated creatively, and I was particularly grateful for the space on the basement floor where I was able to dial into a Zoom call fairly easily.

The staffs was wonderful, the room clean and well decorated. If you have time I would recommend visiting the Mermaids Cave. The location is great for anyone visiting Vienna for the first time.
